HealthyPreggo provides a mobile application for tracking pregnancy nutrition, weight, and related health metrics.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per user
• Provide accurate information

4. Subscription and Payment

• Price: ₹1,299 per month
• Billing: Monthly recurring subscription
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime within your account
• Refund Policy: Full refund if cancelled within 3 days of purchase
• No refunds after 3-day grace period

5. Medical Disclaimer

Important: HealthyPreggo is a health tracking tool, not medical advice.

• Always consult your doctor for medical decisions
• Do not use as a substitute for professional medical care
• We are not responsible for health outcomes

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse or abuse the service
• Share your account credentials
• Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the app
• Violate any applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by HealthyPreggo and protected by copyright laws.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

HealthyPreggo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
